Also, we can view the levels of our linkshell mates at FFXI Linkshell Community by logging in, choosing EoT, and choosing Members. Note, if you are doing this for the first time you have to be wearing your LS pearl about 24 hrs before signing in. The advantage of this site is it will keep track of your and your LS mates stats for you (there is the option to hide stats for privacy)!

Pardon me for busting into this conversation when I no longer play the game, but it seems to me, that it would be a heck of a lot easier to just post one post here that everyone and their mother has access to, instead of sending out a ton of individual e-mails with the information. If you don't have the time or resources to check here for a minute or two every day, then you don't have the time to read your POL e-mail either...
Isn't that kind of what forums are for...?
But, then again, that's just me... >_>

Prolly true one thing I like about the idea is that I'll get a msg when loggin' into the game. Even tho I check the forums every day, if someone wants to send me a msg in game to remind me of an event. Works for me That and alot of members dun check the forums for w/e reason...even if we constantly ask them too. Must be a phobia.. Tho you're prolly right, most people won't send out these mass msg. I'd prolly just post somethin' on the forums and if I need Jem for it I'll send her an individual msg or a tell in game /shrug.

I typed up this big long reply, but since it seems like someone woke up on the wrong side of the bed this morning, I'll refrain from posting it so as to not offend. >_>

It is easy enough to check the forums, but let's face it sometimes you might not and then miss out on something. So The POL idea is a good one since it will alert you right away that you have a message.
The LS community tool is really confusing, the navigation is terrible in my opinion though it's pretty >.> If you already have a forum I don't see how the tool will get used much in the end.
And pol adresses you can change the dreadful numbers to names, my addy is: ashaluna@pol.com a lot easier to remember ^^

I'm having a problem with telemarketers that got ahold of my pol email so I disabled it.
Please remember that no matter where I am in the game I will be a helpful spirit, just ask. Don't ask to be plv'd tho! LOL.
