List your 5 favorite Actors/Actresses and your reason for choosing them.
Robbin Williams: An excellent actor.Every performance I've seen him do was incredible. Seems to be a very perosnable and funny guy in RL too.
Jhonny Depp: Hilarious. Jhonny Depp made pirates of the carribean. Definetly one of the best.
Will Smith: Funny actor who can pull off a variety of rolls. His latest performance in Pursuit of Happyness was very impressive.
Jamie Foxx: Only thing I can think of this guy being in is Ray, but his performance in that movie was so incredible, he makes my top five.
Parminder Nagra: The main Acctress in Bend it Like Beckham, she makes my top five for being an excellent (and the sexiest) acctress. Her accent is hawt.

If you like Johnny Depp, make sure you see Chocolat too, one of his best films IMO.
Here's my top 5:
5) Kristen Bell - Not sure what it is about her. She's the star of Veronica Mars and that show just cracks me up because she reminds me of someone I used to know, and she plays the part very well. Incredibly talented for a young actress, especially pulling off being funny in a dramatic show...and getting away with it.
4) Natalie Portman - Forget Star Wars, her best acting is outside of that. Where the Heart is and V for Vendetta were two of her best.
3) Patrick Stewart - Not just because he was Captain Jean-Luc Picard on Star Trek...he does everything well from TV to big screen to stage. Everything he does is done well.
2) Richard Dean Anderson - MacGyver. Jack O'Neill. Those are his two most famous rolls. Very awesome actor and person in general (from what I've seen).
1) Sandra Bullock - One of my all-time favorite actresses who does just about any genre of movie well. I'll watch a movie just for her, regardless if the movie itself is good or not. Her performance always is.

In no particular order:
5) Bruce Willis - Really a hit or miss here, he's been in some VERY cool movies (Pulp Fiction, Lucky # Slevin, Sin City, Sixth Sense) and some really craptastic ones. Overall though I'd say one of the best
4) Samuel L. Jackson - Do I really need to elaborate on this one? ...Didn't think so
3) Hugh Laurie - Not a movie actor but just as mentionable for his work in House and the lesser known Black Adder (look it up on BBC, it's really funny) In my opinion House is one of the best shows on TV, if not for the top notch acting on Lauries part, then for the very interesting story line and messages in general
2) David Hayter - Voice actor for Solid Snake in the Metal Gear Solid game series aka the best damn voice actor ever. He voices the most bad @$$ character in any video game... EVER. that alone makes him worth a spot, the fact that he's awesome at his job just boosts that.
1) Bruce Campbell - Greatest actor of our time, was the star of the "Evil Dead" series and "(Bruce Campbell versus) The Army of Darkness" if you have have no idea what I'm talking about, go away, I want nothing to do with you. If you haven't seen Army of Darkness by now wtf? Get with the game and go see it.

Have to agree on most of Kaza's list ;D
Jhonny Depp: Because of Pirates of the Carribean and Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas.
Will Smith and Robin Williams: Because of almost everything they made ;D
Angelina Jolie: This one's easy... because she's Angelina Jolie! >.>

I aggree a lot w/ prophet, but I'd make a few changes
5) Edward Norton - If not, solely for his awesome performance in Fight Club, then also for American History X. This man is awesome
4) Samual L. Jackson - "That IS a tastey burger" Nuff said.
3) Hugh Laurie - Prophet elaborated enough on him, I do believe.
2) Jason Mewes and Kevin Smith - Favorite actors from the comedy world. Even though Kevin Smith doesnt say much... still funny as hell (They're Jay and Silent Bob for those who are too stupid to know >.>)
1) David Hayer - by far the best voice actor of our time. Metal Gear Solid.

What only 5??? O.o this is going to be tough.
1. Johny Depp-- HUGE acting carreer with mostly notable roles. 2. Ben Kinsley-- No one does pacifist or insane like Ben. 3. Jennifer Connely-- Those soulful baby blues!! 4. Emma Thompson-- Don't mess with Emma! 5. Jensen Ackles-- Has a lot to prove, but man he's on the right track.

Funny how many stars got their starts in horror flicks. Depp's first movie was A Nightmare on Elm Street. Jamie Lee Curtis really got her start in Halloween. Child star Corey Feldman's first movie was Friday the 13th IV, before going on to star in like every kid movie of the 80's. Kevin Bacon was in the first Friday the 13th, and Sarah Michelle Gellar wouldn't have a film career without slasher flicks (no scooby-doo doesn't count).
