Cute costume there, nice work done by the maker. But a side note: Parents shouldn't take babies to conventions....(CONs might be different in Japan (if the picture is of some location there) but American Cons are no places for babies). Oh and on baby costumes, some are just a no, like the baby burger. Sure it might be cute....and differernt, but think about what the mental trama of seeing yourself like that would be....and even worse finding yourself like that on the internet years later. P.S. I'm not anti parents having fun, even more so with the family, but overly crowed places with nearly everyone drunk toward the later hours with lots in costumes that might have a real weapon (some cons still allow real ones, go figure) isn't the place to be taking a very small child, just safety of the child in mind. Find a sitter for the day/weekend. BECAUSE if your little darling were hurt or worse kidnapped and such, it'd be hard to find the creep. Weekend event where people come from all over in a hotel where evidence is trampled to nothing, you do the math. Not safe...for anyone really.

O.o heesh that baby burger is darn disturning. I see all sorts of things people do to their children that makes no sense, like expecting a toddler to keep up your walking pace, where's your stroller you 'insert bleep word' ?? Meh common sense are two words a lot of people aren't aware of.
Cute little taru costume though, that's really awesome, and if that's a convention it's in the afternoon it seems and hopefully pretty tame. If I were to bring a child to a convention, which I wouldn't as I wouldn't be able to fully enjoy it in the first place, I'd only go early on and leave early avoiding much of the drunken crowd. BUT honeslty if you've ever been in a crowd with a child either your own or one you're caring for, you know just how stressful that is, one why amusement parks make me queasy, though I love the rides ^^

Ah, well the arrive early leave late is a good plan, but I've seen people attending for a whole weekend with their 2 year old (and I think they had another child with them also), o.O very odd imo.
Wow and the toddler thing, yeah I've seen that also. Poor little kids get spanked cause they can't keep up and their attention gets diverted EASILY to pretty shiney things. I want to just toss it up that those parents forgot what it's like to be tiny, and they are too broke to afford a stroller. OH and [green]([/green]too weak[red])[/red] to carry their kid(s) for the few HOURS they are asking the poor thing(s) to walk.
Tiny children attention span = that of dead cat
